    I’m Jo (Jolian) Ardolino, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based in Barry, South Wales, accredited by the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I work integratively, drawing from CBT, ACT and Person-Centred Therapy, supporting adults with anxiety, stress, overthinking and burnout — especially people carrying responsibility in demanding roles.
