I specialise in online therapy for anxiety. If you're struggling with panic attacks, general anxiety or social anxiety, I am here to help.

Having worked in mental health and counselling for a number of years, I can also help with a wide range of other issues, including depression, stress, bereavement and living with long-term health conditions.

    • MSc (Research) in Psychological and Behavioural Sciences: Advanced academic training that allows me to bring a research-based approach to my practice.

    • BSc (Hons) in Psychology: A strong foundation in understanding human behavior, which underpins all of my work as a counsellor.

    • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD): OCD can create cycles of intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. I provide tools and techniques, including Systematic Desensitisation and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), to help you break these cycles, regain control, and reduce the impact of OCD on your daily life.

    • Illness and End-of-Life Concerns: Facing illness or end-of-life challenges can bring up a range of difficult emotions. I offer support in processing these emotions, helping you find peace, meaning, and acceptance during challenging times.

    • Anger Management: Anger can be destructive if not managed well. I can help you understand the underlying causes of your anger and develop healthier ways to express and manage it, improving your relationships and emotional well-being.

    • Self-Defeating Behaviours: Many of us have patterns of behavior that hold us back from achieving our full potential. I help you identify and break these patterns, so you can live a more fulfilling and empowered life.

    • Assertiveness: Struggling to speak up for yourself can lead to resentment and dissatisfaction. I provide guidance to help you develop assertiveness skills, so you can communicate your needs effectively and build healthier relationships.

    • Self-Esteem & Confidence: Low self-esteem can impact every aspect of your life. Through therapy, I help you challenge negative self-beliefs and build a stronger, more positive sense of self-worth.

I offer weekly 50-minute virtual sessions - either via Zoom or over the phone. This provides you with the convenience of accessing counselling from the comfort of your own home. No commuting to an office somewhere in town; simply login or pick up the phone to start your journey.
