Individual Counselling

I specialise in online therapy for anxiety. If you're struggling with panic attacks, general anxiety or social anxiety, I am here to help.

Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues?
Having worked in mental health and counselling for a number of years, I can also help with a wide range of other issues, including depression, stress, bereavement and living with long-term health conditions. 


Weekly Sessions - from home

I offer weekly 50-minute virtual sessions - either via Zoom or over the phone. This provides you with the convenience of accessing counselling from the comfort of your own home. No commuting to an office somewhere in town; simply login or pick up the phone to start your journey.

I will then get in touch to arrange your free initial telephone consultation.

  • Telephone Consultation: This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your reasons for seeking counselling, and see if we are a good fit. At your initial telephone consultation (approx. 15 minutes), I will ask the reason you are seeking counselling - in your own words, what are you hoping for? After some discussion and assessment, if this appears to be suitable for counselling we will arrange your first session. If not, I will do my best to signpost you to more appropriate services.

    First Session: Before your first session, you will be sent some brief forms to complete. These provide us both with a foundation - a starting point to move forward together from. We will review this and your hopes for counselling and begin the journey of co-developing some therapeutic goals.

  • It is difficult to determine how many sessions each individual will need. However, our initial agreement will be for 8 weekly sessions, with a review at session 8. Some people will be satisfied with 8 sessions, others will need 12 or 16 or 24 or more. This depends on the nature of the issues we are working with, how deep you would like to go with your therapy and what completion means for you. Counselling is your journey, these are your sessions, and only you can decide what works for you.

  • I offer a free initial telephone consultation.

    I charge £60 per session for online individual counselling sessions during off-peak times (Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm) and £70 per session during peak times (evenings after 5 pm and weekends).

    Block Bookings:

    You can book blocks of 8 sessions at a time for a discounted price.

    Off-peak package = £400 (£80 saving)

    Peak package = £480 (£80 saving)
