A therapeutic plan just for you

Ardolino Counselling treats each client as an individual. No two people who seek counselling are the same, even if they appear to have similar issues. Through my personalised approach, I will work with you to develop a plan to achieve your therapeutic goals. This is your therapy, so we will work in partnership. My goal as your counsellor is to empower you, so that when our time together eventually comes to an end, you will no longer need me. But we all have to start somewhere - why not here?

Welcome to Ardolino Counselling - Online Therapy for Anxiety (And more)

Do you struggle with anxiety? Do you want to get professional help from a qualified counsellor without leaving your home? If so, online anxiety therapy may be the perfect solution for you. When I was younger, I suffered with anxiety myself. I turned my life around with the help of psychotherapy, and now I help others do the same using a range of approaches.

I am a qualified and experienced integrative counsellor who is passionate about helping you achieve your goals and live a fulfilling life. I offer online and telephone counselling for anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, and more.

How to get started?

It's easy. Just fill out a short online form to tell me a bit about yourself and what you are looking for in therapy. I will then contact you to arrange your initial telephone assessment, where we will discuss your goals, expectations, preferences, and any questions you may have. After that, we will start your therapy journey together.

I look forward to hearing from you and supporting you on your path to well-being. Contact me today and let me help you find a therapy that works for you.

Pluralism - the new specialism

“Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul.” - C.G. Jung

What is pluralistic counselling? What is integrative therapy?

Pluralistic counselling is a form of integrative therapy. It is a flexible and collaborative approach that recognises that different people need different things from therapy. Instead of following a fixed method, I work with you to find the best way to meet your needs and preferences. I draw on a wide range of therapeutic methods and techniques, from different schools of thought and evidence-based practices. Some of these include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and more. I also talk to you openly and honestly about your therapy, and invite your feedback and input.

Why choose online pluralistic counselling?

Online therapy offers you the convenience and accessibility of receiving professional support from the comfort of your own home, or wherever you feel most comfortable. You can choose from different modes of communication, such as video call or phone call. Online therapy also gives you more options to find a therapist who matches your style and personality. And with pluralistic counselling, you can be sure that your therapy will be tailored to your individual needs and wishes.

Yes. I deliver counselling virtually by using video-call software (e.g., Zoom), or over the phone.
