Your journey starts with a free 15-minute consultation. This relaxed conversation allows us to get to know each other and understand your reasons for seeking counselling. You’ll have the chance to share what you’re hoping to achieve, and we’ll discuss how we might work together. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session. If another type of support would be more suitable, I’ll guide you to the right resources.
First Session: Before your first session, you will be sent some brief forms to complete. These provide us both with a foundation - a starting point to move forward together from. We will review this and your hopes for counselling and begin the journey of co-developing some therapeutic goals.

Everyone’s journey is unique. Typically, we start with an initial agreement of 8 weekly sessions, followed by a review at session 8. Some clients find 8 sessions sufficient, while others choose to continue for 12, 16, or more. The number of sessions depends on your needs, the depth of the work, and what feels right for you. This is your journey, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

Session Rates: £80 per session for off-peak times (Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm). £90 per session for peak times (evenings after 5 pm and weekends).
